Do you take on both residential and commercial concrete work?
Yes. We pour residential driveways and patios and we handle commercial flatwork — slabs, aprons, ramps and parking areas. We put the same effort into a complex foundation as we would a simple stairway.
Can you replace existing concrete rather than pouring somewhere new?
Yes. Concrete removal, tear-out and full replacement are part of what we do, and because we handle the excavation ourselves the old slab and the new base are the same crew’s responsibility.
How do I know whether my concrete needs repair or replacement?
Surface wear, minor cracking and worn finishes are usually repairable by resurfacing or sealing. Slabs that have settled unevenly, cracked through, or lost their base are better replaced. We will look at it and tell you honestly which one you are dealing with.
